Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do when using LinksApps (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it may lead to content removal or account suspension.

1. Don't break the law

Do not use the Service for anything illegal, or to promote, facilitate, or fund illegal activity.

2. Prohibited content

Do not publish or link to content that:

• infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or exploits or endangers children;
• harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or hatred against people or groups;
• promotes terrorism, self-harm, or serious physical harm;
• sells or advertises regulated or dangerous goods where doing so is unlawful (for example weapons, illegal drugs, or counterfeit goods);
• is deceptive, fraudulent, or designed to scam people.

3. Prohibited activities

Do not:

• distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful code;
• run phishing, spam, or other deceptive campaigns through your page;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission;
• overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service (for example through automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks);
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organisation;
• resell or provide the Service to others in a way we have not authorised.

4. Reporting abuse

If you see a page that breaks this policy, report it to support@linksapps.com with the page address and a short description. We review reports and take action where appropriate.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, disable links, or suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy. Where we can, we will let you know; in urgent cases we may act first to protect users or the public.

6. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, India.
