These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LinksApps (the "Service"), operated by LinksApps ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LinksApps lets you create a link-in-bio page and related tools to share links, sell products, collect enquiries, and gather reviews. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@linksapps.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to your page — your text, links, images, and products ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process Your Content only as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break it.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed per page. Billing, trials, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including our software, branding, and design — belongs to us. These Terms do not give you any rights to our name, logo, or other brand features except as needed to use the Service normally.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other users, the public, or us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected page in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tamil Nadu, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
